Can I use a hairdryer instead of a heat gun when applying Sole Shields?


A hairdryer may also do the job but we recommend using a heat gun to apply Sole Shields. A heat gun is able to reach higher temperatures and that will be allow a better adherence between the sole shield and the outsole of your footwear.




Does SGSOLESHIELDS offer wholesale opportunities?

When will I receive my order?


Orders are shipped on the following Saturday after your purchase. Orders received on Saturdays, after 3:00pm (UTC/GMT +8 hours) will only have their order shipped out on the following Saturday. Domestic orders will arrive within 5 - 10 business days, upon fulfillment of shipment. International orders will arrive within 8 - 15 business days, upon fulfillment of shipment.




Do you ship internationally?


Yes, we ship worldwide. Orders that are shipping outside of Singapore will be required to go through customs. The Customs process could be a short or lengthy process. This is entirely out of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

NOTE: International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination country’s government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of SGSOLESHIELDS. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.




What if I never received my package?


In rare cases, packages may become lost in transit. If the tracking is beyond the Estimated Delivery Date and does not show delivered, please contact us immediately so that we can help to resolve this for you. If the tracking indicates the package has been delivered, please contact the carrier directly to begin an investigation for missing mail. SGSOLESHIELDS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the package is marked as delivered by the postal service. SGSOLESHIELDS is also not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to the customer's mistake when providing shipping information at checkout.




What is SGSOLESHIELDS’ return policy?


Unfortunately goods sold are not exchangeable, refundable or returnable. Please ensure that you are making a purchase for the accurate product before you proceed to check out the item.
